UFIT provides FREE downloads to up to five full copies of Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus to students, faculty, and staff. The MS O365 ProPlus copies may be downloaded onto your phone, laptop, tablet, or PC. There are PC and Mac versions available.

Central New Mexico Community College provides free licenses of Microsoft Office 365 for students, faculty, and staff through our Microsoft licensing agreement.

Students and staff can install Microsoft Office 365 on up to 5 PCs or Macs and Office apps on other mobile devices including Windows tablets and iPads®.
This also includes 1TB of OneDrive storage, managed by CNM.
Eligibility
Microsoft Office 365 can be used until you graduate or are no longer enrolled or employed at CNM. Eligibility may be re-verified at any time.
- At expiration:
- Office applications enter a reduced-functionality mode, meaning documents can be viewed but cannot be edited or created.
- In addition:
- Online services such as Office Online and OneDrive, associated with your CNM email address will no longer work.

Access Your Free Software
- Go to www.office.com.
- Log in with your CNM email address and password.
- Select Install Office > Office 365 apps.
- Follow the prompts to install Office 365.
